Full-Time Activities Technician

Pate Rehabilitation is currently looking for a Full-Time Activities Technician to join our team at our Anna location! Activities Technician will plan, coordinate and execute meaningful activities for residential programs on campus in order to enhance the quality of life for the residents.  We are looking for someone with a recreation therapist background & education.

Full-Time Bilingual Psychometrist

Pate Rehabilitation is currently looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Psychometrist to join our Dallas location.  This person will administer and score psychological and neuropsychological tests under the supervision of a clinical psychologist.  This individual is also responsible for providing detailed behavioral observations to facilitate test interpretation.  The population to be tested consists of older adolescents and adults with brain injury due to head trauma, stroke, encephalopathy, or other causes.  The ability to gain valid results while treating the patient with respect is essential.  Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with standardized testing experience.  Previous training should have an emphasis on accuracy, validity, and standardization in administration.   Bilingual applicants (English/Spanish) preferred. 

LVN (Night Shift) – Dallas/FTW

Pate Rehabilitation is currently looking for an LVN to work our open night shift position.   LVN will travel between our Dallas & Fort Worth locations from 5pm to 5am 3 days per week and 4 hours on another day to equal 40 hours.  We will need this person to work the 5pm to 5am shift on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights and then the other four hours may be more flexible.  

Bilingual Case Manager – Dallas

Pate Rehabilitation is currently looking for a Bilingual Case Manager to join our growing team.  Case Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating interaction of all parties involved in admission, treatment, and discharge of patients.  You must be bilingual in Spanish to be considered for this position.  

Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (Full-Time) – Dallas

Pate Rehabilitation is currently looking for a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team.  SLP will evaluated and treat speech, language, cognitive communication and swallowing skills in clients with brain injuries. 

Qualifications: 

  • Has completed a M.A., M.S. or MCD degree and has attained a certificate of clinical competency from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Is able to provide speech therapy services as a part of a supervised course of study in a program leading to a M.A., M.S. or MCD degree from a program which meets requirements for ASHA certification.
  • Is completing A Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) which is a supervised experience for the purpose of satisfying requirements for certificate of clinical competency (CCC) through ASHA as a speech-language pathologist.· 
  • Position may require traveling from facility to facility to treat clients.

REHABILITATION TECHNICIAN – PRN

Positions available in Dallas, Anna, & Fort Worth, TX.  Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Rehabilitation Technician will administer the treatment plans as developed for each patient and protect the well-being and safety of the patients at all times. Will also maintain cleanliness of the residence.  

TRANSPORTER – PRN

Drive company van transporting patients to and from the Pate facility or to medical appointments, and assisting in other areas as needed. Must have a clear driving record and a professional appearance.
