LVN (Night Shift) – Dallas/FTW

Pate Rehabilitation is currently looking for an LVN to work our open night shift position.   LVN will travel between our Dallas & Fort Worth locations from 5pm to 5am 3 days per week and 4 hours on another day to equal 40 hours.  We will need this person to work the 5pm to 5am shift on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights and then the other four hours may be more flexible.  

Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (Full-Time) – Dallas

Pate Rehabilitation is currently looking for a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team.  SLP will evaluated and treat speech, language, cognitive communication and swallowing skills in clients with brain injuries. 

Qualifications: 

  • Has completed a M.A., M.S. or MCD degree and has attained a certificate of clinical competency from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Is able to provide speech therapy services as a part of a supervised course of study in a program leading to a M.A., M.S. or MCD degree from a program which meets requirements for ASHA certification.
  • Is completing A Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) which is a supervised experience for the purpose of satisfying requirements for certificate of clinical competency (CCC) through ASHA as a speech-language pathologist.· 
  • Position may require traveling from facility to facility to treat clients.
PRN SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (Dallas/Ft. Worth/Anna)

Clinical Liaison – Dallas  

Pate Rehabilitation is looking for a Clinical Liaison to join our Dallas team.   This person will be responsible for generating patient referrals and ensure ease of admission for qualified and appropriate clients.  Liaison will assure the admission system is developed and works properly and make appropriate sales calls.   

Position Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related therapy field – credentials required
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required 
  • Must have verbal and writing skills required for effective interaction with healthcare professionals
  • This position may require travel

REHABILITATION TECHNICIAN – PRN

Positions available in Dallas, Anna, & Fort Worth, TX.  Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Rehabilitation Technician will administer the treatment plans as developed for each patient and protect the well-being and safety of the patients at all times. Will also maintain cleanliness of the residence.  

TRANSPORTER – PRN

Drive company van transporting patients to and from the Pate facility or to medical appointments, and assisting in other areas as needed. Must have a clear driving record and a professional appearance. 

Medication Coordinator – Whitley

Pate Rehabilitation is currently looking to hire a Full-Time Medication Coordinator for our Watauga, TX location. Medication Coordinator will assist patients as needed with direct care and medical management within their scope of practice according to the Pate Medical Model, and  policies and procedures. 

Position Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
  2. Interpersonal skills needed to communicate with patients, families and staff.
  3. Work requires constant walking, standing, lifting, bending and pulling.
  4. Must have verbal and writing skills required for effective interaction with healthcare professionals.
  5. Pass all pre-employment and employment verification.
    • Criminal History Check
    • Maintain current CPR and First Aid Training Certifications
    • Negative Drug Screen
  6. Participate in crisis intervention training
  7. Computer proficient including Microsoft applications.
