Pate Rehabilitation is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Brinlee Creek Ranch location.  OT will be responsible organizing and conducting  a medically prescribed occupational therapy program to restore functional skills in activities of daily living following disease, injury or loss of a body part, and to help homebound clients reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities. 

Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Pate Rehabilitation is currently looking for a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Dallas location.   This person will be responsible for assisting patients as needed with direct care and medical management according to the Pate Medical Model, and policies and procedures. 

Full-Time Bilingual Psychometrist

Pate Rehabilitation is currently looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Psychometrist to join our Dallas location.  This person will administer and score psychological and neuropsychological tests under the supervision of a clinical psychologist.  This individual is also responsible for providing detailed behavioral observations to facilitate test interpretation.  The population to be tested consists of older adolescents and adults with brain injury due to head trauma, stroke, encephalopathy, or other causes.  The ability to gain valid results while treating the patient with respect is essential.  Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with standardized testing experience.  Previous training should have an emphasis on accuracy, validity, and standardization in administration.   Bilingual applicants (English/Spanish) preferred. 

Part-Time Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant

Pate Rehabilitation is currently looking for a Part-Time Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant to join our Watauga/Fort Worth locations.  This individual will maintain facility structures and property at our Watauga and Fort Worth locations in a safe, attractive manner as directed by the Facilities Manager.  This position requires previous experience in general maintenance.


All 3 locations are looking for PRN candidates. SLP will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive communication and swallowing skills in clients with brain injuries.


  • Has completed a M.A., M.S. or MCD degree and has attained a certificate of clinical competency from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Is able to provide speech therapy services as a part of a supervised course of study in a program leading to a M.A., M.S. or MCD degree from a program which meets requirements for ASHA certification.
  • Is completing A Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) which is a supervised experience for the purpose of satisfying requirements for certificate of clinical competency (CCC) through ASHA as a speech-language pathologist.
  • Position may require traveling from facility to facility to treat clients.
