LVN        
Duties:    Assist clients as needed with direct care and
              medical management.  during treatment times
              according to the Pate medical policy and
              procedures. Administer meds, take vitals, complete
                  treatments as ordered by physicians,
                  conduct med audits, order meds as needed,
                  schedule labs. Must have current Texas LVN license;
                  ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer adults;
                  excellent verbal and written skills.

FUNCTIONAL THERAPIST
Duties:    Licensed in Speech, Occupational Therapy, or
              LPC; responsible for treatment day of clients,
              developing and tracking functional goals and
              acitvities to increase clients' independence.
Location: Dallas

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT
Duties:    Skillfully and independently perform standardized
              procedures as planned, delegated, and supervised
              by the Physical Therapist.

REHABILITATION TECHNICIAN
Duties:    Administer the treatment plans as developed for
              each resident and protect the well-being and safety
              of the residents at all times. Maintain cleanliness of               the residence.
