PHASE 1 - Preliminary Assessment
Every good relationship is built on understanding. So, when a Nurse liaison meets
with a prospective client for the first time, that's our primary focus. We'll talk with your family and any other professionals that you may be working with.
We'll ask you about your goals and expectations. We'll work to understand your needs - and to design a realistic financial plan. Because only by getting to know
you, can we make an informed recommendation for placement into the appropriate Pate program and team. |
