Long-Term Service Residential Program
Pate Rehabilitation offers long-term care specifically designed for clients with brain injuries. In a safe, secure, and relaxing rural environment
clients can receive the special care and treatment. Pate designs specialty long-term treatment plans focusing on structure and activities to help clients achieve the highest quality of life in the least restrictive way possible.
Clients participate in orientation groups, current event groups, hippo therapy, community integration outings, and other leisure activities to help structure each client's day.

Treatment plans are supervised by our Pate specialized treatment team. We work directly with providers, insurance companies, and clients to design individual schedules while remaining sensitive to long-term financial considerations.
