Transitional Post Acute Rehabilitation
24 hour structured environment. Therapy activities six days a week. Pate's transitional program is designed for clients who are medically stable, yet require 24 hour structure in a continuous care setting in order to resume their highest level of independence.
In addition to cognitive and communicative issues, the program focuses on areas as physical functioning, daily living activities, community integration and behavioral management. |
