Throughout the patient’s rehabilitation process, we constantly evaluate and reevaluate progress. Then, we assign a variety of specialists to best address each patient’s particular treatment issues. It means that each patient gets exactly the care he or she needs from exactly the right people.
To ensure a consistent flow of information between the patient, family members and specialists, one case manager serves as the central contact during a patient’s work with the Pate Treatment Team. When it comes to developing the best course of treatment, however, Pate requires every team member on the case to meet regularly in order to share insights and make recommendations. That way, each patient benefits from the knowledge, observation, and experience of everybody involved.
