Many Pate patients are able to successfully re-enter the job market. With personal coaching from the Pate Vocational Rehabilitation team, these individuals learn and practice everything from workplace behaviors to interview skills. Along the way, therapists and counselors help each patient understand his or her own abilities and challenges in order to identify career options that present the best opportunities for success.
