Kent Hayden, president of Pate Rehabilitation, has helped direct Pate’s transformation over the past two decades, and we are delighted to honor him for his service. Kent is a caring, compassionate leader who balances quality programming and management with strong business practices. He has a passion for helping patients with brain injuries and is a true advocate for quality care.
Understanding that rehabilitation after a brain injury affects all aspects of a person’s life, Pate Rehabilitation’s vocational team offers vocational rehabilitation services in addition to the traditional rehab programs. Vocational rehabilitation provides a multi-disciplinary approach to assist patients either returning to their previous jobs or guiding them in their pursuit of new jobs that meet their new skill sets.
Through our partnership with Riding Unlimited, patients from Pate Rehabilitation participated in the 9th Annual Chisholm Challenge for Special Riders. This event allows patients to showcase their recovery achievements through horse commands and riding exercises.
