Pate's Savanna Oaks Ranch is our residence for people receiving brain injury and stroke treatment at our Fort Worth area facility.

Located in a beautiful, wooded area away from city noise, Savanna Oaks sits on 16 peaceful acres and offers patients a comfortable stay with private suites and impressive common areas.

Staffed 24-hours a day, patients receive high quality care in a relaxing environment. The therapists and residential staff work together to offer evening and weekend activities that are therapeutic and continue to build key life skills beneficial to a patient's recovery.

The facility is 13,000 square feet and features 16 private patient suites, beautifully and comfortably appointed, in peaceful and calming color schemes. The suites also feature individually controlled heating/cooling units. Eight of the suites have doors leading onto the back patio area.
