Pate Rehabilitation is pleased to announce we have been named among the 2012 Top 100 Places to Work by The Dallas Morning News.
Scores on an employee survey administered by independent research firm Quantum Workplace determined placement on the Best Places list. The Pate Top 100 Places to Work designation is an honor among DFW companies and we hope it reflects our commitment to a culture that values employees and strives to live our core values of integrity, innovation, empowerment, respect, compassion and relationship.
We’ve surveyed staff internally for feedback as well and they’ve reported that Pate is an organization they believe in. We all enjoy providing such an important service to individuals with brain injuries and their communities, working in an upbeat and respectful environment, and the strong peer support. The Pate Top 100 Places to Work award tells us we’re doing something right and are grateful to those who nominated us.
For more than 30 years, Pate has been dedicated to continually improving brain injury rehabilitation to help patients thrive in the real world. One additional goal is for our employees to find their work personally meaningful and fulfilling.
At Pate, we understand that one person’s actions can have a ripple effect and that the journey to healing is taken together. Our employees proudly champion for individuals with acquired brain injury by regularly participating in community events that aid in social service and the education of brain injury prevention.
We are grateful for our employees who live Pate’s mission and have made us a valuable resource in the Dallas-Fort Worth community. Thanks for the Pate Top 100 Places to Work acknowledgement, Dallas Morning News!
